We are working with a secondary school in Winchester looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Assistant to join their pastoral team.
This is a term-time, long-term role supporting students who require additional behavioural and emotional support.
The role:
Supporting students with behaviour and engagement
Working closely with pastoral and teaching staff
Providing 1:1 and small group support
Supporting positive routines and expectations
The ideal candidate:
Has experience with behaviour support, youth work or similar
Is confident, calm and resilient
Can build strong relationships with young people
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Up-to-date safeguarding training
Right to work in the UK
