£14.25 per hour | Long-Term | Monday to Friday

A specialist SEND provision near Farnborough is looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with pupils with SEMH and additional learning needs.

This is a role for someone who understands that behaviour is communication and can respond with patience, structure, and empathy.

The role:

• Supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and emotional needs

• Providing consistent, structured support throughout the school day

• Helping pupils access learning in a way that works for them

Ideal background:

• Youth work / support work / SEND / mental health

• Experience with behaviour management

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
