SEND Learning Support Assistant

Permanent Contract – Part of a Multi‑Academy Trust

Are you motivated by the idea of helping children with additional needs thrive? We are seeking a caring, committed SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a nurturing primary environment and contribute to the success of an inclusive, forward‑thinking trust.


About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the life of a child with special educational needs. You will provide support both in the classroom and in small-group or one‑to‑one settings, helping adapt activities, develop learning resources, and create a positive environment where every child feels valued and able to achieve.

Working closely with teaching staff, you will play an active part in shaping learning experiences and ensuring children receive high‑quality provision tailored to their needs. Whether you are new to education or building on existing experience, you will be supported by a friendly team and experienced leaders who are passionate about helping staff grow.
