Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference every day? We are seeking committed and resilient Support Staff to work in a Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) school supporting both primary and secondary pupils.

This is a full-time, long-term position with an ASAP start.

The Role

You will be supporting pupils who may have:

Social, emotional and mental health needs
Behavioural challenges
Trauma-related backgrounds

Duties include:

Supporting students in lessons and daily routines
Building strong, positive relationships
Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour
Encouraging engagement and participation
Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing
Working closely with teachers and support teams
Providing a safe and structured learning environment

Skills & Experience

Experience is desirable, but not essential. Transferable skills are strongly considered.

You may have experience in:

Care or support work
Youth work
Mental health support
SEN or SEMH settings
Coaching or mentoring
