Alternative Provision Support Worker – SEMH (Basingstoke)

This role is ideal if you’ve worked in care, youth work, or similar — and want to move into education.

We’re recruiting an Alternative Provision Support Worker in Basingstoke, working with students who are not currently in mainstream education due to behavioural or emotional needs.

This is a smaller, more personalised setting where relationships are everything.

The role includes:

• Supporting students with SEMH needs
• Helping manage behaviour and emotional responses
• Supporting engagement in practical and academic activities
• Acting as a consistent, supportive adult
