Primary Teacher Required – Immediate & Ongoing Opportunities (Hastings Area)

A primary school in the Hastings area is seeking a reliable and adaptable teacher to support with both day-to-day and longer-term cover. This role is ideal for someone who can step into a classroom, maintain structure, and ensure learning continues with minimal disruption.

You’ll be working across a range of year groups, delivering pre-planned lessons in some cases and leading learning more independently in others. The ability to think on your feet and manage different classroom environments is key.

The Role:

• Provide classroom cover across the primary phase
• Deliver lessons in line with existing plans or create appropriate learning where required
• Maintain behaviour standards and classroom routines
• Support pupils’ progress during teacher absence
• Be available for both short-term and longer-term assignments

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• UK classroom experience
• Right to work in the UK
• DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
