MFL Teacher – Secondary School | Eastbourne

Full-Time | Long-Term Role | Immediate or September Start

We are working with a well-regarded secondary school in Eastbourne who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.

This opportunity is suitable for an MFL specialist who is available to start immediately or is looking to secure a September position within a supportive and forward-thinking school.

The Role:

• Teaching Modern Foreign Languages across KS3 and KS4
• Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
• Encouraging pupil confidence and progress in language learning
• Maintaining positive behaviour and a strong learning environment
• Working full time as part of an established department

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be a qualified MFL Teacher (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent)
• Have strong subject knowledge in one or more languages
• Be confident teaching mixed-ability classes
• Demonstrate good classroom and behaviour management skills
• Have a proactive, reliable, and positive approach
