We’re working with a well-established SEND school in Southampton seeking a dedicated Support Assistant to work with pupils with autism and communication needs.

The school provides a structured, nurturing environment with strong routines and a focus on individual progress.

The role:

• Supporting pupils with autism in the classroom
• Helping with communication and social development
• Working alongside experienced SEND teachers and therapists
• Providing consistency and routine throughout the day

Requirements:

• Experience with autism or similar SEND needs
• Patient and adaptable approach
• DBS on the Update Service
• Up-to-date safeguarding training
