SEND Teacher (Primary) – Portsmouth (Long Term)

We are working with a specialist SEND school in Portsmouth that is looking to appoint a Primary SEND Teacher on a long-term basis.

The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs and offers small class sizes, strong support staff presence and a well-structured curriculum.

This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher looking to move into SEND or build further experience within a specialist setting.

The role will involve:

• Planning and delivering differentiated lessons
• Working closely with support staff
• Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs
• Creating an engaging and supportive learning environment

Role details:

Requirements:

• QTS or equivalent
• Experience working with SEND or willingness to learn
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
• Up-to-date safeguarding training
