Teaching Assistant – SEN-Focused Primary School | Eastbourne

A caring and inclusive primary school in Eastbourne is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.

💡 Essential requirements (please only apply if you meet these):
✔ Right to work in the UK
✔ UK-based experience working with children
✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

Your role:
– Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
– Help children stay engaged and regulated
– Work closely with teachers and SEN staff

We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Has SEN experience (school-based or similar)
✔ Is calm, patient, and resilient
✔ Understands that every child progresses differently
