SEND Support Assistant – School (Worthing)

We’re seeking a resilient and caring Behaviour Support Assistant to join a specialist SEND school in Worthing. You’ll support primary-aged pupils with additional needs, helping them feel safe, engaged, and ready to learn.

The Role:

Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
Manage challenging behaviour using positive strategies
Assist with engaging classroom activities
Promote emotional regulation and confidence
Work closely with teachers and support staff

Key Details:

Worthing
8:30am – 3:30pm
£92.63 per day
Start ASAP

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with SEND (personal or professional)
Confidence managing challenging behaviour
Calm, patient, and resilient attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
