SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary Specialist Setting – Farnborough (September Start)

We are supporting a specialist primary setting in the Farnborough area that is looking to secure a SEN Teaching Assistant for September.

The school supports younger pupils with a range of needs including autism, speech and language difficulties and developmental delays. The environment is nurturing, structured and well-resourced.

This role would suit someone patient, consistent and looking to build long-term experience in SEND.

In this role, you will:

• Support pupils across the classroom and in small groups
• Assist with communication and early learning development
• Support routines and transitions throughout the school day
• Work closely with teachers and therapists

Role details:

• Full-time and part-time available
• September start
• £93 per day
• Long-term role with potential for permanent contract

Requirements:

• A genuine interest in supporting children with SEND
• DBS on the Update Service
• Up-to-date safeguarding training
