Pink Tile are recruiting for a specialist SEMH provision in Portsmouth looking for a Teaching Assistant who can build trust, stay calm under pressure and support pupils who may struggle in mainstream education.

This is a brilliant opportunity for somebody with experience in:

• Behaviour support
• SEMH
• Youth offending
• Care settings
• Alternative provision
• Sports coaching

The role will involve:

• Supporting pupils with emotional regulation
• Building positive relationships
• Managing challenging behaviour positively
• Supporting learning in and outside the classroom
• Encouraging confidence and engagement
