We are working with a fantastic 3-form entry primary school in the heart of Crawley, known for its supportive leadership, inclusive ethos, and brilliant outdoor space. They are now looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team, with a particular focus on supporting their Forest School provision.

🌳 The Role:

  • Supporting pupils across the school, including those with additional needs
  • Playing a key role in the school’s outdoor learning and Forest School programme
  • Assisting with engaging, practical, and nature-based learning activities
  • Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff to support pupil development
  • Helping to create a nurturing, positive, and inclusive environment

  • Experience working with children (school or similar setting preferred)
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to get involved outdoors
  • A passion for supporting children’s development and wellbeing
  • Confidence supporting a range of needs, including SEN (desirable)
  • Someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a team-focused attitude
