💰 £25,000 – £30,000 DOE + Bonus

We’re growing and looking for an Education Resourcer to join our Brighton office.

The role

You’ll be at the heart of our candidate network:

• Finding and registering great educators and support staff

• Advertising vacancies and following up applications

• Building relationships with candidates and understanding what they’re looking for

• Supporting candidates through compliance and onboarding

• Managing candidate availability and bookings

• Working closely with consultants to help fill vacancies

• Being a friendly, reassuring point of contact throughout a candidate’s journey

You’ll spend much of your day speaking with candidates, building relationships and growing our network of educators and support staff across Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire.

You don’t need recruitment experience.
