Pay: £90–£98 per day

Pink Tile Education are supporting a welcoming Hampshire primary school looking for a dedicated 1:1 SEND Learning Support Assistant from September.

You will be supporting a child with an EHCP on a full-time basis, helping them access learning, regulate emotions, and feel safe and supported throughout the school day within a nurturing school environment.

The role will include:

• Providing dedicated 1:1 classroom support
• Supporting emotional regulation and communication
• Assisting the pupil to access learning activities
• Building a positive and trusting relationship
• Working closely with teachers, SEND staff, and parents

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A warm, nurturing, and patient approach
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Good organisation and adaptability
• Emotional resilience and consistency
• Experience supporting children with additional needs including Autism, ADHD, speech & language needs, anxiety, or social communication difficulties
