This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping young people overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom.

The Role

As a Support Mentor, you will work closely with students on a one-to-one and small group basis, providing guidance, encouragement, and consistent support throughout the school day. • Teamwork and collaboration.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution.

  • Ability to motivate and engage young people.

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting vulnerable young people, able to build meaningful relationships, and committed to helping students reach their full potential. Experience within education is desirable but not essential, as candidates with relevant transferable skills and a genuine desire to make a difference are encouraged to apply.
