We are currently seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and proactive Secondary Teaching Assistants to support students across a range of secondary schools in Worthing and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and making a positive impact on young people’s learning and development. Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to begin a career within education, we would love to hear from you.
Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.
Assist pupils with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs.
Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Encourage student engagement, confidence, and academic progress.
Support classroom management and behaviour expectations.
Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom resources.
Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
A positive, patient, and adaptable approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and wellbeing.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
