You will create a safe, supportive learning environment where pupils can develop confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude towards education.

Many of our students have experienced challenges that have impacted their learning journey. We are therefore looking for a teacher who can build strong relationships, maintain high expectations, and provide the consistency and encouragement needed to help every pupil succeed.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Can deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to a range of abilities

  • Has excellent behaviour management and relationship-building skills

  • Is patient, adaptable, and resilient

  • Is committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable learners

  • Works effectively within a multidisciplinary team

What We Offer

  • Main Pay Scale salary

  • A fixed-term maternity cover contract for approximately 12 months

  • Small class sizes and a highly supportive working environment

  • Ongoing professional development opportunities

  • Dedicated leadership and experienced support staff

  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people

  • A welcoming and inclusive school community
