Nursery Teaching Assistant – Regular Supply

Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early years of development? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and caring Nursery Teaching Assistants to work on a regular supply basis within a welcoming nursery setting in Bexhill.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy flexible working arrangements while making a positive impact on children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.

The Role:

• Supporting children aged 0–5 in their daily learning and play activities.
• Assisting with the delivery of engaging and stimulating activities.
• Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and physical development.
• Helping to maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
• Working alongside nursery practitioners and staff to support children’s individual needs.
• Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.

We Are Looking For:

• Experience working with children in an Early Years setting.
• A caring, patient, and positive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A flexible and reliable attitude.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
