Pink Tile Education are working in partnership with a forward-thinking SEND school in Portsmouth to recruit an enthusiastic and skilled SEND Teacher.

This is a vibrant, inclusive setting that supports pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD and moderate learning difficulties. The school benefits from modern facilities and a strong leadership team that is committed to staff development and innovation.

You will take responsibility for a small class of pupils, supported by experienced teaching assistants, allowing you to deliver personalised and impactful teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
• Create a structured and supportive classroom environment
• Track pupil progress and implement targeted interventions
• Work closely with families and external professionals

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold QTS and have SEND teaching experience
• Be creative, flexible, and solution-focused
• Be confident leading a classroom and supporting diverse needs
• Be committed to making learning accessible for all

Essential Requirements:

• Up-to-date Safeguarding training
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
