Do you have the confidence, resilience and relationship-building skills to support young people who need someone in their corner?
We’re recruiting Behaviour Mentors to work within Alternative Provision settings across Hastings and Bexhill. This is not a classroom-based learning support role. Instead, you’ll be working closely with students on a 1:1 basis, managing behaviour, de-escalating situations, supporting emotional regulation, monitoring corridors and transitions, and building the trust that helps young people succeed.
