An exciting opportunity has arisen at our friendly and supportive school in Farnborough for a SEND Education Support Practitioner. Situated in Farnborough, our school is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where every pupil receives the support they need to succeed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building positive relationships with young people and is passionate about helping children with SEND achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis.
  • Assist in delivering personalised learning and intervention programmes.
  • Encourage student participation and engagement across the curriculum.
  • Support social, emotional and behavioural development.
  • Work closely with teachers and the wider SEND team.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to pupil progress reviews.

  • Experience within education, care or youth support settings.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
