Pink Tile Education is recruiting a caring and resilient Nurture Support Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school in Haywards Heath this September.

  • Encouraging emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
  • Helping pupils develop social skills, confidence, and independence

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with children or young people with additional needs, either in education, care, youth work, or support settings
  • Is patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships
  • Can remain calm and consistent when supporting pupils through challenges
  • Has a genuine interest in SEMH and specialist education
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the school’s rural location

Previous SEMH experience is advantageous but not essential for candidates with transferable skills and the right approach. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
