Pink Tile Education is recruiting a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant for a specialist SEND school in Wallington.

This rewarding role involves supporting a pupil with additional needs on a 1:1 basis, helping them to access learning, develop independence, and thrive within a supportive school environment.

The Role:

• Providing dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day
• Supporting learning, communication, and engagement
• Assisting with personal care when required
• Working closely with teachers and therapists to meet individual needs
• Creating a safe, positive, and nurturing environment

We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
• Confidence and willingness to provide personal care
• Willingness and ability to complete Hoist Training
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
