An outstanding specialist provision in Havant is looking to appoint a caring and dedicated PMLD Learning Support Assistant on a temp to perm basis. The school supports pupils from across Havant with profound and multiple learning difficulties, providing a nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.

This fantastic opportunity in Havant would suit candidates with a passion for supporting pupils with complex needs. You will work alongside experienced professionals to deliver personalised support, helping pupils access education, communication and life skills programmes.

The Role

• Supporting pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
• Assisting with communication and sensory activities
• Supporting personal care where required
• Encouraging independence and participation
• Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff
