£92.59 – £120 per day, depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for a Nurture Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Cranleigh, supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication needs and associated learning difficulties.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference and helping pupils thrive both academically and emotionally within a supportive school environment.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with SEN needs in and out of the classroom
• Building positive relationships and acting as a trusted adult and role model
• Providing emotional and pastoral support to help pupils engage with learning
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting positive outcomes
• Working closely with teachers and the wider support team

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN, SEND, or additional needs is desirable
• Calm, resilient, and able to build strong relationships
• Passionate about supporting vulnerable young people
• A nurturing and patient approach to supporting pupils
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle due to the school’s rural location
