Due to continued growth, the school is seeking a passionate Autism Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2026, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful temporary period.

Your role:

• Support pupils with Autism in structured classroom activities
• Help students develop communication, social and emotional skills
• Work within small classes of 6-8 pupils
• Assist with sensory regulation strategies and personalised interventions
• Build positive, trusting relationships with young people
