Some pupils arrive at school carrying challenges that aren’t always visible in the classroom.
We’re supporting a well-established Basingstoke school in the search for an SEMH Inclusion Support Practitioner to join their team from September 2026. This role is focused on helping pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs develop the confidence, resilience and strategies they need to engage successfully in education.
You’ll work closely with teaching staff, SEND professionals and pastoral teams to provide consistent support to pupils who thrive with strong relationships, clear boundaries and positive encouragement.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in education, youth work, children’s residential care, support work or a similar setting where building trust and promoting positive outcomes has been at the heart of your role.
This position is subject to safer recruitment procedures, including satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS check.
Applicants must hold a current Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the DBS Update Service.
