Higher Level Teaching Assistant – SEND

Pink Tile Education are recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for a specialist communication and interaction provision in Waterlooville.

The provision supports pupils with Autism, Speech and Language Difficulties and Social Communication Needs. Staff deliver targeted interventions that help pupils develop communication skills, confidence and emotional resilience.

This role would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step in their SEND career.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intervention sessions
• Support learning across the curriculum
• Lead small group activities
• Monitor pupil progress
• Support teachers with planning and assessment

Requirements

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• SEND experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
