A welcoming SEND school in Wallington is looking to recruit a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional learning needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

The Role

• Support pupils with a variety of SEND needs throughout the school day.
• Work alongside teachers to adapt learning and encourage participation.
• Help pupils develop communication, confidence, and independence.
• Support positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families to ensure the best outcomes.

About You

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND is desirable.
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
• Confident supporting pupils with a range of learning and communication needs.
• Passionate about making a positive difference every day.
• Willing to support with personal care if required and undertake MAPA training.
