✅ Provide dedicated 1:1 support

✅ Support a child with Autism (ASD) and/or ADHD

✅ Encourage emotional regulation and confidence

✅ Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs

✅ Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents

✅ Celebrate every achievement, no matter how small
