Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Pink Tile Education are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a fantastic primary school in Horsham.

This Learning Support Assistant role involves supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and would suit candidates with experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Classroom Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant or Education Support Worker.

You will play a vital role helping children build confidence, develop academically and enjoy their learning experience.

Duties:

• Support pupils throughout KS1
• Deliver small group interventions
• Assist with phonics and literacy programmes
• Work closely with teachers to support pupil progress
• Help children develop confidence and independence

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous Learning Support Assistant or Teaching Assistant experience desirable
• Passionate about helping children succeed
• Patient, nurturing and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
