We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming school in Bromley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people and wants to make a positive difference to their education and development.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pupils to provide day-to-day support in the classroom. You will help pupils engage with their learning, build confidence and develop their independence.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting pupils with their learning and development
Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required
Supporting children with additional learning needs
Helping pupils remain focused and engaged in lessons
Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities
Encouraging positive behaviour and building pupils’ confidence
Providing a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment
Helping pupils develop their social, emotional and academic skills
We are looking for someone who is:
Passionate about working with children and young people
Patient, caring and approachable
Reliable and committed to working full-time
Confident supporting pupils both individually and in small groups
Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
A good communicator with a positive attitude
Previous experience working in a school, nursery, SEN or support setting is desirable but not essential
£100–£120 per day

Monday to Friday, term time
