Pink Tile Education is supporting a welcoming secondary school in the Horsham area who are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and wants to make a meaningful difference within a school environment.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, providing you with the opportunity to become a valued and consistent member of the school community.

Day to day, you will:

• Provide dedicated support to pupils in the classroom, helping them to engage with their learning, build confidence and make progress academically and personally.
• Work closely with teachers and other members of staff to create a positive, inclusive and encouraging learning environment where every pupil feels supported.
• Offer one-to-one and small-group support where needed, adapting your approach to meet individual learning needs and helping pupils overcome barriers to their education.
• Encourage positive behaviour and social development, building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and helping them develop their independence, confidence and communication skills.
• Be a positive and reliable presence throughout the school day, supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom and contributing to the wider life of the school.
