A specialist school in Basingstoke is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism and additional learning needs.

This role involves supporting students who benefit from routine, structure and individualised support throughout the school day. You will help pupils access learning, develop communication skills and build independence.

The role:

✅ Supporting pupils within the classroom
✅ Delivering 1:1 support where required
✅ Assisting with sensory and communication activities
✅ Promoting independence and confidence
