This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is calm, patient and resilient, with a genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers and develop positive behaviours.
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work closely with students who require additional support with behaviour, emotional regulation, social development and learning.
You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping students manage their emotions, develop positive coping strategies and engage successfully in the school environment.

Understanding of SEND and SEMH needs.
Ideally experienced supporting children or young people with autism.
Able to build strong, trusting relationships.
