Are you an experienced English Teacher looking for your next challenge?

We’re working with a specialist education provider seeking a passionate and driven teacher to join their team, delivering high-quality English lessons to young people with SEND, SEMH and additional learning needs.

This isn’t just a teaching role. For the right person, there is also the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities, helping to shape curriculum delivery, literacy interventions and teaching and learning across the provision.

✨ The Role: ✔ Teach English to students with a range of SEND and SEMH needs
✔ Deliver engaging, adaptive and trauma-informed lessons
✔ Support students to build confidence, resilience and independence
✔ Create meaningful learning opportunities tailored to individual needs
✔ Work closely with pastoral, safeguarding and therapeutic teams
✔ Contribute to EHCP reviews, progress tracking and personalised learning plans

💚 We’re Looking For Someone Who: ✔ Holds QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
✔ Has experience working with SEND, SEMH or vulnerable learners
✔ Builds strong, positive relationships with young people
✔ Understands trauma-informed and relational approaches
✔ Can adapt teaching to suit individual learning needs
✔ Has strong behaviour management and communication skills
✔ Is passionate about making a genuine difference
