An established and highly respected primary school in Billingshurst is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join its pastoral and inclusion team.

The school prides itself on helping every child succeed and is looking for someone who can support pupils who may be struggling with behaviour, emotional wellbeing or engagement in school.

The Role

• Support pupils displaying challenging behaviour
• Implement behaviour and support plans
• Deliver mentoring and intervention sessions
• Encourage positive social interactions
• Support emotional wellbeing programmes
• Work closely with the SENCO and pastoral team
• Help pupils return successfully to learning
