We’re working with a specialist SEMH school in Farnham that is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their team immediately. The school supports pupils who need a more nurturing and structured environment than mainstream education can offer, with a huge focus on building confidence, positive relationships and life skills.

You’ll be working closely with students both in and out of the classroom, helping them engage with learning, manage challenges and celebrate their successes along the way. No two days are the same, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied and rewarding role.

The school has a strong leadership team, excellent staff support and a real family feel throughout.

What we’re looking for:

• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
• Positive, resilient and patient approach
• Experience within education, care, support work or youth work desirable
• DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
