A friendly and inclusive primary school in Crawley is seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time SEND Teaching Assistant to support targeted intervention work during the morning and assist with lunchtime provision.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children in smaller groups and helping pupils build confidence in literacy, numeracy and social skills.

Responsibilities

✅ Delivering 1:1 learning interventions

✅ Running targeted small-group support sessions

✅ Supporting pupils with SEND requirements

✅ Building confidence and independence

✅ Supporting emotional wellbeing and engagement

✅ Supervising children during lunch

✅ Working closely with class teachers and SENDCo
