Do you believe every child deserves someone who won’t give up on them?
We’re looking for a compassionate, resilient and dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist Alternative Provision in Hastings, supporting a young person with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs. Weekly pay £14.25 + per hour

If you’re patient, positive and passionate about making a genuine difference, we’d love to hear from you.
Working on a dedicated 1:1 basis, you’ll support a pupil who requires additional emotional, behavioural and educational support throughout the school day.
You’ll become a consistent, encouraging presence, helping them regulate emotions, engage with learning and celebrate every achievement along the way.
