We are recruiting a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant for an exceptional Chichester primary school renowned for its inclusive culture and outstanding support for pupils with additional needs.

You’ll become an important part of a child’s daily life, helping them overcome barriers, celebrate successes and gain the confidence they need to flourish both inside and outside the classroom.

Your Role:

✅ Provide dedicated 1:1 support

✅ Support a pupil with Autism (ASD), ADHD or additional learning needs

✅ Encourage engagement and participation

✅ Help develop confidence and independence

✅ Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and families

✅ Celebrate every milestone and achievement
