Pink Tile Education is supporting a prestigious school in the Burgess Hill area in their search for a confident and personable Admissions & Relationship Coordinator  to join their admissions team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience within an education setting.

 

The Role

As the Admissions & Relationship Coordinator you will play a key role in guiding families through the admissions journey, acting as the first point of contact for prospective parents from the UK and overseas.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a warm, personalised admissions experience from enquiry to enrolment
  • Building strong relationships with families, agents, and feeder schools
  • Coordinating events such as Open Mornings and international recruitment visits
  • Managing admissions processes, including compliance for international students
  • Line managing an Admissions Assistant

 

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in admissions, marketing, customer service or a similar people-focused role (education experience desirable)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, professional approach with strong attention to detail
