Pink Tile Education is supporting a number of welcoming Crawley secondary schools who are seeking confident, reliable Aspiring Teachers to work as Cover Supervisors on a long-term basis.
You’ll deliver pre-set lessons across various subjects, develop your classroom presence, and gain invaluable experience before stepping into formal teacher training. Every day will bring new challenges and learning opportunities — from managing behaviour and motivating pupils to supporting their academic and personal growth.
You’ll need:
A strong interest in education and supporting young people
Great communication skills and a professional attitude
The confidence to lead a class independently (training provided)
A genuine desire to inspire, motivate and encourage pupils
