Job Title: Associate Recruitment Consultant (£21,000 – £23,000 Per Annum)

Location: Brighton, East Sussex

Genuinely interested in education and improving standards? We are seeking a switched-on and bubbly Recruitment Associate to join our team at Pink Tile Education. As a key support to a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-notch candidates. This will develop your skills and understanding on the job, leading to further promotion opportunities to take on your own area in the future! 

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

   • Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
   • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

2. Administrative Support:

   • Assist in managing candidate pipelines and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
   • Schedule interviews, follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.

3. Client Interaction:

   • Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

4. Job Posting and Marketing:

   • Draft engaging job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms.
   • Collaborate with marketing to create attractive recruitment materials and social media content.

5. Research and Market Analysis:

   • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
   • Provide insights to enhance our recruitment strategies.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in a customer facing role or recent graduate.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and connect with people. You are a people person!
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
