A specialist SEND school in Eastleigh is looking for an Autism Support Worker to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition and communication needs.

The school provides a calm and structured learning environment where pupils benefit from clear routines and supportive staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils with Autism on a 1:1 basis
• Implementing structured routines and visual strategies
• Supporting communication and interaction skills
• Helping pupils engage with classroom learning
• Encouraging independence and confidence

Requirements:

• Experience supporting Autism or SEND
• DBS on the Update Service
• Up to date safeguarding training
