Are you experienced in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)?
We are recruiting an Autism Support Assistant for a specialist provision in Portsmouth supporting pupils with communication and sensory needs.
You will play a key role in helping students access learning in a structured and predictable environment.
The role:
Supporting pupils with ASC on a 1:1 basis
Implementing visual timetables and structured routines
Supporting speech, language and communication development
Encouraging independence and life skills
Requirements:
Experience supporting ASC
DBS on the Update Service
Up-to-date safeguarding training
Patient and adaptable approach
