Looking for a rewarding role supporting children with Autism?

We’re working with a specialist setting in Emsworth looking for a SEND Support Assistant to support pupils with Autism and communication needs.

This is a calm, structured environment where consistency and patience are key.

You’ll be:

• Supporting pupils with Autism on a 1:1 basis
• Using structured routines and visual support strategies
• Helping pupils develop communication and independence
• Supporting both learning and social development

Ideal for candidates with experience in:

• Autism support

• Care / support work

• Early years or SEN

• Or similar environments

Requirements:

• Patient, reliable and proactive approach
• DBS on the Update Service
• Up to date safeguarding training
