A well-established SEND school in Southampton is seeking compassionate Autism Support Practitioners to join its dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in helping students achieve both academically and personally.

Your Role

• Providing classroom support to pupils with Autism and associated needs
• Assisting with communication, emotional regulation and social interaction
• Supporting students to access learning activities
• Encouraging independence and confidence
• Working collaboratively with staff and families

Ideal Candidate

• Experience within education, care or support settings is beneficial
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Passion for supporting young people with SEND
